Welcome to ThryvNow, operated by Thryvo Solution Private Limited. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which refunds, cancellations, and returns are processed.

1. Order Cancellation

1.1 Before Order Confirmation

Customers may cancel the order free of charge before the order is confirmed and processed.

1.2 After Order Confirmation

Once the order is confirmed and assigned to a delivery partner, cancellation may not be allowed due to our fast delivery model.

1.3 After Dispatch

Orders cannot be cancelled once dispatched from the store.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds will be processed under the following conditions:

  • ✅ Item not delivered

  • ✅ Wrong item delivered

  • ✅ Damaged or defective item

  • ✅ Missing item in the order

  • ✅ Expired product delivered

All refund claims must be raised within 24 hours of delivery.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

  • ❌ Incorrect address provided by customer

  • ❌ Customer unavailable at delivery location

  • ❌ Perishable items once delivered in good condition

  • ❌ Change of mind after delivery


4. Refund Process

  • Refund requests must be raised via the ThryvNow app under “Support” section.

  • Customer may be required to upload photos of damaged or incorrect items.

  • Once verified, refund will be approved within 48 hours.

5. Refund Timeline

  • UPI / Wallet Payments: 2–5 working days

  • Credit/Debit Card: 5–7 working days

  • Net Banking: 5–7 working days

  • Cash on Delivery: Refund will be processed via UPI or Bank Transfer.

Refund timelines depend on banking partners and payment gateways.

6. Partial Refunds

If only some items in the order are eligible for refund, partial refunds will be processed accordingly.

7. Return Policy

Due to the nature of quick commerce and grocery delivery, physical returns are generally not accepted. Refunds may be processed without return in verified cases.

8. Fraud & Abuse

ThryvNow reserves the right to:

  • Reject refund requests in case of repeated misuse

  • Suspend or deactivate accounts involved in fraudulent activity
